It didn't come with the vest and how can I get the vest?

Beautiful jacket, sizes are mislabeled.

It's a beautiful jacket, but the sizes run huge. I ordered a 40R which I have in all my jackets, but for whatever reason Tayion run nearly 2 sizes larger than labeled. I returned it and ordered a 36R and it fits much better.
