Disappointed

I was so excited about this dress but my excitement was short lived when I received the gown. When I went to try it on one button was missing at the top and another popped off when I put it on. The dress actually looked great on and was very flattering for my shape. It was a purchase for a wedding so I tried to have it returned and exchanged in time for the event. The customer service rep promises the exchange would reach me in just a couple of days. To my dismay the dress never arrived. This was a very disappointing purchase.
