Fantastic support on this great TV

Kenzo provided outstanding service on a call I made regarding trouble shooing and issue that ended up not related to the TV. He helped trouble shoot the issue until we fixed it after determining it was the cable box.

Great TV for a Great Price!

I bought this TV 2 weeks ago with some trepidation as there are few reviews out about it. It was replacing a two year old high end 75” Sony that was just too small for the room. I was concerned that I would be trading picture quality for size. MY fears were unfounded. Picture quality on this TV is as good, or better, than the Sony. I did adjust the color for each picture mode. The screen is remarkably clean with little dirty screen effect. No vignetting in the corners. Being a direct backlit TV I expected to see some blooming but it is not an issue at all. Upscaling and motion processing are quite good. The TV can get very bright when it needs to. I have not done any gaming on it yet but it has great specs for it. The only downside that I have noticed is a slightly reduced viewing angle compared to the Sony. We are super happy with this purchase. Just an amazing value and an amazing TV!

OMG!!! This TV is GREAT Picture

OMG!!!! This TV is GREAT Picture quality for TCL!!! I returned my Samsung 77” S95C QD-OLED hands down nice tv, but because it smaller & same price I went to step up and tried this MASSIVE 98” TCL S5 s class and I’m WOW!!!! Good for the deal I got at Best Buy!!!! Football 🏈 NFL here I come!!!!
