Not comfortable

This chair is horrible! After putting it together, I sat in it and noticed that it leaned to one side. I tried adjusting the seat numerous times, even took out a level to see if what I felt was true (and it was). I can't even sit in this chair, it hurts my back- ironic as the name is "Back Assistant". Don't waste your money....
