Not because there was anything wrong with the previous ones, I still have them, but with a growing family sometimes you just have to upgrade. When I first switched to tempurpedic it was an adjustment. I wasn't used to having all the support that I wasn't getting with my old Serta spring mattress. After a week of sleeping on it, I noticed that I felt way more rested and it was easier to wake up. When I got up I felt physically better. I definitely had more energy. When I bought my new king mattress, it was a seamless transition from my queen. We bought the same firmness and even after 7 or so years on the queen, it never felt any different than the king we bought. It didn't wear out or break in. 11/10 I would definitely continue to purchase tempurpedic mattresses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the same mattress in a queen size. My husband wanted to upgrade to a king. I said I would if he could find exactly the same mattress. He did and I love this one too.

This is our 3rd Tempur since 2000 (our daughter and her husband still love the original). Best sleep ever. Husband needs adjustable bed for neck issues. Tempur has never failed him. I just want to sleep well, and this is the only mattress that delivers on that promise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress before from Brooke stones and it was such a wonderful experience, but that was many many years ago. Sadly after making a purchase recently, I realized how Tempur-pedic has gone down dramatically in their customer service and mattress quality. They are engaging in shady practices too where they trick customers into buying a "closed out mattress" online just so they don't have to do a return. They make it look like you are purchasing a mattress with a 90 day warranty/free return because of how misleading it is been designed and I spoke with a manager who said he was at the top of the company and that they are aware of the discrepancy and problem but there is absolutely nothing he can do to help me. So I am hoping every person contemplating buying Tempur-pedic online & buying their mattress... Does not buy one online or ever again because the mattress I purchased was hard and not as good as they used to be. No wonder this is a closed out mattress. It's horrible and I tried to exchange it for a different size mattress and they refused, and they have, what they say to customers down pat ...they probably have a script and know what they're doing ...so so shady... do not buy any mattresses from them. They don't care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried all sorts of mattresses even at a young age and I travel tons. I have back, hip and even shoulder pains so a poor mattress is noticeable to me. I slept on a non-tempurpedic mattress for the last two years and never slept well. I moved and knew I needed to go back to tempurpedic and sure enough I was not disappointed. I get the best nights sleep possible and love it. Highly recommend to anyone I can.

I have never slept without pain and discomfort until I got this. Within 2 nights my life is so much better, no hot spots or pain. I sleep when my eyes are shut and for the first time in a few decades, I've been dreaming every night. I have the adjustable mattress stand as well and again, simply wonderful. I am more than happy and grateful to finally be able to sleep in comfort.
