I'm so mad.

Macys sent me the correct size BOX and the wrong size boots. I'm mad at myself for not checking. I tried a different color on in the store so I DID order the correct size. I missed the return window, because I trusted the correct size was in the box. When I went to wear them, they were too small, I thought maybe the pair in the store was stretched out from many people trying them on. I just realized it's the wrong size in the box. Now they are no longer available. I am so irritated. I wish I tried one on when they arrived but I had a sprained foot and wearing heels wasn't going to happen soon. I'd reccomend the product, but not delivered by Macy's.

Received Damaged

There are 30 days for returns. I don’t usually return anything to Macy’s so I was not aware that in the past couple of years the return policy had changed. I wish I knew that upfront. The shoes look beautiful, but I received them damaged. The cashier at the counter said to me “they are of no value.” That wasn’t the customer service I was expecting but Macy’s wins because they have my money and I have a damaged product. Anyway, let that be a lesson for anyone who is reading this review. Take care.

A must have!

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable... It's like Dorothy's ruby red slippers meets high fashion. Always get compliments! I have all 3... Black, silver and the red.

I just received these today. And I must say they will be my number one bootie. They feel so comfortable when I walk in them and they look stunning on my feet. I want all these colors but they are no longer at the same price I purchased them at. You will not regret buying these. Five stars!
