I loved these boots and was sad when they started to peal after 3 wear. The coating gets sticky after a time too.

I am do disappointed. I was so excite to get these booths. Yes they are very! Very! Uncomfortable. Very cute , love the style. But I would choose comfortable any time over pain. Bought a size 8m to tight and had a hard time getting these boots off.

Love them

For me they are true to size, they fit perfectly. They are super comfortable, I wore them for hours shopping and my feet were not sore. I bought them in black and loved them so much I ordered in brown. Wish they came in more colors!

The Most Uncomfortable Booties

I ordered these booties because the style looks very cute and for the heel height. Unfortunately, I had to return them the moment I received them. They were the most uncomfortable shoes ever!! Although I ordered my size, it was very small and narrow! Even trying them on was a pain because of how uncomfortable they are. I prefer COMFORT over pain and these booties are PAINFUL!

Cheap and small

I received and returned today. I read reviews that they ran big , which is not true in my case. The boot was at least a size and a half too small. Even if they had fit, I would not have kept, the boots looked very cheap, like plastic.

I have had these booties for over a year and have stomped the daylights out of them. Yet, they still look great! I do love to wear heels, so these are a perfect height for me... not too tall, but have a little lift. Mine measure 2" tall. I have found these to be very comfortable, but I have had them so long, I don't remember if they felt a bit snug to begin with. I def have wide feet, but I think they only had mediums when I bought mine, or I would have purchased wides. Maybe they are sizing them differently now. I love these booties. Give them a try. Macy's is so great with returns if they don't work. Good luck!

I wish they fit!

These boots are adorable. These almost fell off when I walked and I could slide them off without unzipping them (convenient but don't want my shoes falling off). The heel was a bit high. The width was perfect which was nice since it's hard to find a good wide fit. If you like heels maybe order a size smaller? Or try inserts?

Too small

The 9 1/2 wide felt like a size 8. Runs very small! Design is wonderful and has comfortable arch support but order a size bigger than you wear
