This book provides details on the living, eating and other activities of the people who live in the 5 Blue Zones. These are on average the areas where the healthiest, longest living people live. Most don't have cars so get lots of exercise walking, tending their garden, etc. No mention of TV watching. Most have little access to meat so their died is overwhelmingly plant based and non-processed. They have lots of family and friends nearby. Book gives changes that we can make to make our lives more like theirs and receive the benefits of having longer healthier lives. It's a good book to follow to make changes to help make our lives longer and healthier.
