Defective Finish

This beautiful piece is marred by a defective finish on one side. What a shame. I planned to give it to a couple as a shower, but the defect is quite noticeable. Sadly, I'm returning it. Hopefully, Macy's won't restock it for resale.

Very elegant table display

As with The Cellar brand, I’m very happy I scored this purchase along with other items from this brand. This piece is very well made, elegant at display with its white cloth for a formal dinning setting presentation keeping the bread warm. It arrived in a timely manner, unfortunately it came cracked, but I headed directly to Macy’s store where a representative very kindly replaced it for a new one. It’s more than perfect for my home baked bread loaf!
