not happy with item

the hood was black and I ordered the panta to match the hood in the picture

Different than the picture!!!

I like the "North Face" Brand. Very decent quality. However, the hoodie I received doesn't match the picture. My hood is black not slate like it shows in the picture. Little disappointed.

Collar is too tight

Love the colors and design but the collar is way too tight and has no stretch, making it difficult to take on/off. Makeup would definitely rub off. Hoodie overall runs a little big and sleeves are long. Hood is made of nylon material, not cotton. Drawstring is more for style and does not loosen/tighten the collar.
