I'm a chiropractor, just get it and you'll be on cloud nine.
With our old mattress, we always get up with stiffness and soreness in the low back, neck, and shoulders. Since we have been sleeping on the purple, we have not had any soreness, stiffness and pain getting out of bed in the morning. There's no issue with heat production from the mattress and a firmness is amazing and the quality is unbeatable. Besides the quality of the product, the customer service is unbelievable. We had a small mishap with shipping and purple responded immediately to our inquiry and amended the situation with promptness.

Not what I thought I had ordered
Intended to order the same mattress that we got 5 years ago (May 2020), which was 13". Not the same and am disappointed. 13" mattress vs 9" mattress.

It looks like you first purchased our Hybrid mattress. You are allowed one exchange in the 100-night trial. The Restore mattress is the closest to the mattress you purchased in 2020. Please give us a call at 888-848-8456 if you would like to start the exchange process.
I would like to return and get a different mattress
We aren't comfortable on our bed our backs have been hurting and our hips we haven't been sleeping well

Would recommend
Had many people say that this mattress wouldn't last long. But so far it's been holding up. It's so soft and comfy. Would recommend.
