such a disappointment

I can honestly say that this is the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever tried on to the point where I did not bother even trying the second shoe. the insole is way to thick for the shoe that the heel is falling out when I tried to walk. The insole does not have any support at all and way too hard. I returned it the next day.
