Missing merchandise.

I purchased 4 of these for my very good friends and clients and when they arrived, 2 out of the 4 boxes were empty! How embarrassing! I did not expect this out of Bloomingdales and was very disappointed.

Empty Box

I just opened the box to wrap for Christmas and found tags and everything but the crystal ornament wasn't included. What a shock! I'm returning the box and hope I don't have trouble with getting a replacement ornament as this is for my granddaughter.
