watch not secured for the time of transit, missing

Package delivered but watch was not protected during transit / watch working all the time during transit/ not secured I contacted with Bloomingdales with no results. Packed with white paper and box with watch was placed on the bottom of the package. Missing cleaning cloth which always is included in each box. It might be a problem with counting time in the future caused by person who packed this order wrong in the box.

Sharp and simple.

I love the watch itself, not as high on the alligator style band. It feels super cheap, but got a little more comfortable after breaking in. I think this is the best color combo on the movement, I looked at the bronze/brown as well but that one looked much better in the pics than it did in person.
