Nice but bad sizing

Nice shorts but bought 2 pair of same size. One pair was way smaller in the waist than the other.

Sizing inconsistent

Purchased one size for my son and had to take back for one size larger. The larger size, when he tried them on, were smaller than the original so I have to return again. Really nice stylish shorts but sizing seems inconsistent.
