The men's suit dept was very neat and clean. Jackets and suits were organized and easy to find color and size. Also happy to see that the one we liked had been marked down in price

Coat great - fulfillment/delivery dreadful

The coat itself is very nice. The color, pattern and overall appearance is great. As a fulfillment matter, I paid for express shipping but the coat sat for 2 days at Macy’s “awaiting a shipping label” so i had to borrow a coat for a meeting. When I returned from the meeting I found the sport coat wadded up in a 12x12 inch plastic bag on my front porch that was so fully packed the bag burst and the coat was falling out of the bag…not box, bag. The landscaper had come that day so it had grass clippings in the coat itself and the coat was being sniffed by a neighbors dog. I rescued it just prior to the dog declaring the coat under its purview. This is 100% true and I wonder why Macys couldn’t just ship a business wear item in a box like everyone else. I give the coat a 5 and the fulfillment a 1. So, 3.
