Macys sent a dress that smells terrible

Not returnable item even though received damaged with a terrible smell. Macys should never have sent this item out especially to a loyal customer. Really unethical.

This dress is so cute. Had a lot of compliments. Runs large needs to size down. I usually wear 14 or XL. Large fits me perfectly.
