Very cute summer blouse....BUT

I purchased this Tommy H. short sleeve side-tie blouse to wear with black capris to a special outdoor event recently....Fabric was wonderful, top was true to size BUT there was only one problem....When I washed/dried the blouse before wearing, I noticed when I started to iron it, the stitching along the cap sleeves had "frayed" and this is after only one washing....Once I removed all of the loose threads I continued to iron the blouse and I did wear it to the event....I'm just hoping that after a "second" washing, it doesn't start to "fray" even more....Very surprised that I had this issue with a Tommy H. clothing item....I've purchased several of his pieces through the years and this is the first time I had a problem like this....
