False Advertising

Ordered the three pack Tonies which was advertised with a free gift of a bead making kit. The order took weeks to arrive, and when it did, the free gift (which was the reason I ordered through Macys) did not arrive. After my ‘help’ chat to try and rectify the issue, found there was no help and was told ‘it’s out of stock and won’t be sent to you’. They were not helpful at all. Only gave one star because no stars is not an option. Won’t be ordering online with Macy’s again.
