Slick Stir Fryer

Need no or very little oil to stir fry.

Low/medium heat only

This is a great size and nice that it’s non stick, but I ended up returning it since it’s supposed to be used at low to medium heat only. I worry that it would limit me on the types of meat I could use, as I wouldn’t be able to seat them.

Love it!!!

This is perfect wok for cooking. Have used tools of the trade nonstick set, so thought of giving it a try. I’m glad I did while it was on sale. Cooks meat perfectly, you can cook pretty much anything in it, it is big enough to cook large batches of food as well. Good for frying or roasting too. Only complaint I have is the handles are made of steel which make them hot. Otherwise it is perfect! I usually don’t write reviews but I’m so happy with this beautiful wok that I came to review it!

Completely Useless and Antithetical Cookware

My bad for not reading the description carefully enough, but on what planet is a carbon steel wok used when you can only cook at “low to medium” heat? The whole purpose of a wok is for high-heat stir frying and deep-frying. This is a useless kitchen tool. No wonder it’s now 75% off.
