Advertised 3 pillows but delivered 2

I bought this leather sofa for my first home. Delivery was on time, but it arrived missing one of the kidney pillows clearly shown on the product page (it pictures three; I received two). Since then I’ve called customer service five times and still don’t have the missing pillow. The low point: the Macy’s warehouse called to ask if the pillow might be “inside the sofa.” That’s not a solution—it’s an indictment of warehouse quality control and the handoff with customer service. This can’t be the first time you’ve sold this sofa; customers shouldn’t have to chase parts that should be included on day one. The sofa itself looks fine, but the process is broken. Stop the runaround, ship the missing pillow immediately, and fix the warehouse-to-customer-service follow-through so future buyers aren’t left with incomplete deliveries and circular phone calls.
