Color is unexpected

These are nice everyday work boots but the color is more gray than beige/tan. Runs a bit wide and it's not snug at all in the ankle area. If these were black I wouldn't mind it being loose but in a light color it would be quite obviously sloppy looking. Unfortunately I'll be returning these.
