The Good and The bad

The suitcase is sturdy and and easy to maneuver. It is smaller than I thought. The wheels move so smoothly it keeps going when your stopped. I have to keep an eye on it

rolls well, a little heavy

This suitcase replaces a lighter weight, soft-sided one from a competitor with very similar dimensions but less robust wheels. So first off, this one rolls very nicely, even when packed pretty full. I also like the interior organization. I’ve taken it on one international trip so far and the main disappointments I had with it occurred when I picked it up at baggage claim. Unfortunately, the dark gray exterior shows quite a bit of dirt and there were indentations in the cover from whatever was sitting on top of it in the cargo hold. I cleaned most of the black stuff off but the indentations remain.

Large, handy zippers, baggage handlers love

I loved my old Travel Pro it was roomy, well designed, and quite sturdy until the zippers gave way. Replaced the zip-pulls repeatedly. Even though it’s a carry-on, I regularly check this bag. I am short and 73 yo. I can’t get it up in the overhead without a struggle. I see the same problem w this bag. Big zip-pulls. I haven’t had a chance to try the new one yet but will very soon. It only gets 3 stars at this point bc of the zippers. Can’t you design a way to tuck them in? I’ll update after my trip.

It's Small, but Amazingly Spacious

I accidentally ordered the 20" carry-on instead of the 23". Because the window of return was only 30 minutes, I waited until the luggage was delivered to decide if I would keep it or not. It looked small, so I began to pack it for a week's vacation, and I was amazed that I could fit: 2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of shorts, two sweaters, 2 blouses, 3 tee shirts, 1 dress, 2 pairs of shoes, underwear and socks, 2 nightgowns, and workout pants. I also have the medium check-in and the under-seat tote. I am pleased with all of the pieces. The only issue I have is with the 20" carry-on - the lining is far too voluminous for the inner case dimensions (too much fabric for the space), and the zipper is missing a pull tab. Otherwise, the 20" is a perfectly-sized carry-on for a week's worth of clothing.
