not as advertised

I previously purchased this suitcase for myself. My husband liked it and decided to purchase one as well, when it was on sale. The suitcase is 2" smaller in width. Advertised dimensions state exterior 14.5". It is only 12" wide. It doesnt have the locking zipper either. Very disappointed. It is going back.

Delta says “ yes” that this is a personal item

Lots of places to put items , I went to Delta and asked if this is considered a personal item. They said “ yes”.The only thing that concerns me is that the shells do not swivel

Best Rolling UnderSeat Carry-On

TravelPRO is right on again. I’m a retired Air Force officer. 26 years travel with the Air Force and 22 years travel with various companies afterwards and I can state that this is the BEST carry-on solution I’ve found. Right size, right toughness, right price.

Great spinner!

I’ve had this suitcase for about a year and have loved it. It’s lightweight, easy to roll on carpet and other surfaces, and very easy to pack. We just purchased a second one for my husband and plan to break it in for our next trip.
