Disappointed Macy’s Shopper

I choose TravelPro because of it’s reputation for durability. I looked into the Warranty and was disappointed to know that TravelPro does not provide warranties for luggage created for Macy’s. I was extremely upset. Does that mean the quality is not the same?? Very upsetting!!!

POOR SHIPPING

Received the box cut opened already and have tried to taped it back very poorly. Either I have received an already returned item or someone kid has tried to package and ship it. Very poorly put together. I am not sure if I am going to return it or keep it yet since I have just got it and am very upset.

Sturdy, Stable, and Stylish

This Beast held its own while traveling to and from Aruba. I purchased it on sale which made me pull the trigger. The tsa lock was an added plus and the handle and wheels performed in perfect tandem. Although packed with 48 pounds of luggage, it was still smooth and easily maneuverable.

Nice Luggage but Returning All Sizes

I own Travelpro soft side luggage and thought I would invest in a hardside set while it was on sale. Pros: The color is nice and it rolls easily. Cons: I feel that the interior is less roomy because of the bars for the handle inside along the bottom of the case and a hand grip insert at the bottom of the case. Also, with the hardside I no longer have an exterior pocket to store extra items. I have decided to return the set and continue using my softside luggage.

Zipper broke first time opening suitcase

I have had other Travelpro products with no issues however the expandable zipper broke the first time we opened the suitcase. We hadn’t even used it. The pull tab came off and the zipper does not stay closed. Poor Quality. Travelpro-more like Travel-NO!
