Towels

I don't think I've ever been disappointed in anything I've ordered from Macy's, but these towels were horrible. They're not even thick enough truly to be a washcloth. And would have sent them back, but my son was visiting. I thought he'd be helpful and washed tham. That price for six towels you think they'd be a little thicker.

Do not purchase

Beautiful color. Washed them with my other towels before first use. These towels turned everything red and just left a funky mess. Note: did not wash with white towels- only dark colored towels.

Does not absorb water

Great for decoration otherwise useless. These do not absorb water!

Worst towels I've ever bought

I washed these towels when I received the delivery. They seemed to be falling apart when I removed them from the washer to put in the dryer. There were a lot if loose threads which I had to cut away and there was so much lint that I had to clean the washer. They were faded when I took them from the dryer. Great price for the towels but not worth it.

Sent Wrong Color (right invoice)

I was happy with my first two orders of, Hunter Green washcloths and hand towels. When the bath towels arrived the right packing slip was in the box, saying they were hunter green. They were beige! I took pictures of the wrong color towels and sent Picture of invoice saying the color hunter green, wrong, beige towels!..no response from Macy's anywhere! .I am now, housebound, no family, husband just died. I can't even get to the post office. I got frustrated after weeks of waiting. I just, kept the beige towels that don't match my hunter green washcloths and hand towels! I have been a good customer of Macy's for many years. Very disappointed.. No more trusting ordering online..
