Cheap fiberglass type finish with scratches

Very disappointed Bag arrived damaged with a crack....also surprisingly heavy! Finish looks like it will show a lot of wear and tear. Honestly seemed cheaply made!

wonderful investment piece!

This is a superior piece of luggage, looks super cool, and moves around really easily. It is small enough to carry on to the plane and stow into the overhead. After several cross country flights, it still looks like new, with only a few minor scratches. You can register it online so your luggage can be traced of lost, or stolen, and they have great customer service if it needs repair. Tumi can be pricey, but it is well worth it. Tumi is the best.
