Delivery issue

We ordered an entertainment unit, The FedEx delivered the package to wrong address and was not able to track where it was. Sears customer service offered to refund the money but would not honor the order and deliver another unit. We had to cancel the order and re-order the item at a higher price as well as not receiving the item on time. We have had problems with FedEx in the past. They are much worse than UPS. Sears customer service was not useful at all.
