Like iot but issues...

Got this almost a years ago (I think) and while I like cleaning the dust and cat hair on our wood/tile floors - it stopped working for the 2nd time in less than a year (again - I think it was just less than a year). First time - I cleaned it and had it unplugged for a week or so and worked for a bit. But now - even after an extensive cleaning it does not seem that the battery is charging. Battery reports a full charge but nothing happened when turning on, plug it back into the charger and it acts like the battery is not charged at all.
