What is this supposed to be

UPS delivered an open bag with a crushed box inside. My child bought this to give to his grandmother as a gift for her birthday this weekend but now I will be wasting my time driving back to Macy’s to return. Thank you for wasting my time as usual

Ionvac cordless vacuum

It does the job I want it to do. The vacuum is lightweight, has good suction, picks up pet hair and is basically easy to clean.
