always sends the wrong item

I have ordered this full tilt tv mount twice, both times they sent the standard tilt tv mount. raised the concern with the seller and they simply say to return it. i know how to return it, but if you don't have the item in stock, then take out from order page, don't just accept the order and send a different item.
