I am very pleased with the two Droplet Soap Pumps I purchased. The design makes this easy to use under warm/hot water and the acrylic would undoubtedly survive any accidental dropping. Also, the pump is very beautiful and makes a lovely addition to my bathroom.

Great product
Love this product. It's perfect for a clean look of any liquid that can be used with a pump action. I use for both hand lotions and shower gels. I've read about it breaking easily from a fall. I have not had that experience. My only complaint is that the pump action does give out after about 5 years of daily use. But then they also sell replacement pump, which I have also purchased.

Leaks from bottom
I’ve had my soap dispenser for a few years and, like so many others, mine started leaking from the bottom after only a few months. I really like the looks of it, so I sit mine on a flat glass candle holder, but it still makes a mess. Thought mine was just a dud and was going to replace it - glad I checked the reviews before I did. Disappointing, as I’m a fan of Umbra products.

Both pumps broke at the bottom
I bought two of these soap pumps two years ago, one for each bathroom. One of them started leaking at the bottom and the other one just fell apart at the bottom emptying the whole contents of the pump to waste. I am very disappointed at the quality. Umbra had the reputation of high quality products and I paid quite a lot for each pump and expected them to last for a very very long time. I've seen a few similar reviews, so I don't feel like replacing them with the same brand.
