Smaller than described..they measure 20 x 20 flattened for shipping but only measure 16 inches once they are fluffed up

Not right

I ordered a 20 by 20” pillow..it came flat in a deflated bag as a 20” x 20”..once it was fluffed, it only measures 16 x16 and was a total waste of money

Inaccurate Product Description

The product description claimed the pillow shell/cover was 100% cotton, but the ones I received were labeled 100% polyester. When I contacted customer service, the representative admitted they don’t verify product specifications with manufacturers. Honestly, that makes it hard to trust the accuracy of any product descriptions on Macy’s site.

Size is great but they are quite flimsy/thin so if you're looking for a showstopper look, you may want to consider getting something with a little more fill
