Horrible and cheap

I have always loved the furniture I have purchased from Macys, until I bought two of these chairs / ottomans. They are horrible. The quality is so poor, they sit super low to the floor, feel like they’re falling apart when you sit down, an overall terrible chair. Would not recommend.
