WHY?! WHY DISCONTINUE THE PERFECT SMUDGE LINER!!?!
Although I wish it had been a bit more waterproof however now it’s irrelevant..... It is so annoying to finally find that perfect liner or lipstick just so it can b discontinued.... Black black eyeliner is a staple in nearly every make up arsenal !! Please supply us with more options !! Xo

It's a little soft and an unsteady hand will be challenged to get a precise line but I do love it compared to what I was using that made me feel like I was digging my eyeball out to get my liner on.

Better than most, but
While i love love love the fact that this eyeliner stays put, and has GREAT pigmentation and i only have to use a small amount for the same coverage as other brands, I too am having a problem with the eyeliner not advancing. It took a fair amount of patience to get it to twist up. I finally got it by twisting reverse-wise and then attempting again. It's not enough to make me want to return it, but they definitely need to improve this.
