Poor quality and not comfortable

This is absolutely the worst sofa. So much so i am considering either paying almost as much to return this loveseat as I would to keep it (cost of shipping here and back plus the 15% restocking fee) or just giving it away and donating. I didn't see this as a long term piece, but... Beware and do no waste your time shopping online unless you've already seen and sat on it in the store. Be mindful of this furniture maker brand if this piece is indicative of their overall quality. This bust of a purchase makes me question buying any more furniture from Macy's.
