Inconsistent quality

Each glassware looks different, weighs different. Almost feels like there are fake ones mixed in with the real ones.

Very nice.

The glasses themselves are very nice. The packaging left much to be desired. I ordered as a gift and they came wrapped in bubble wrap but not boxed. I notified customer service via email but never received response. I had to bring back to store where the salesperson happily exchanged for boxed glasses.
