Not worth the price

It was a bad experience. When I received the necklace, I took it out of the pouch and there was black at the clasp. It was tarnished so I took it back to Macys, but I was careless and threw away the receipt and could not prove at the time that I purchased it there. So I have a tarnished necklace that I cannot give to anyone. And the problem is I did not log in when I purchased it so I could not prove the purchase.

Only buy in store, do not buy online

Due to the stores not having them in stock i bought it online and it arrived and looked horribly tarnished and poorly put together. Email said i could return to store but the store told me no that i had to return by mail. Very frustrated, i just wanted to exchange my daughters Christmas gift in and get her one she would like. But now it's February and still waiting
