Ridiculous service!!

Ordered these shoes in a size 10. Received order quickly, ONLY to discover they sent me a size 5.5!!! Called to get a replacement, but Macys could only give refund because the shoe is sold by another company. Ordered the same shoe in a size 10 AGAIN, and they sent me the 5.5 AGAIN!!! Called Macys AGAIN!! And all they would do is have me return the shoe for a refund. Even though the website says the size 10 shoe is still in stock. Nobody can figure out how to send the right size shoe AND they won’t fix the website to show the shoe is out of stock! IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE SHOE, MARK IT OUT OF STOCK!!! Instead of having customers order it over and over again, not receiving what they ordered!!! Tying up their funds while waiting for refunds!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!
