We purchased the sofa in gray almost one year ago. We are very pleased with it so far. It is beautiful and has held up well. It is on the firmer side, but I appreciate that it is still comfortable, provides support and doesn’t sag! The leather has held up well and it still looks beautiful.

Very Solid and well Built Sofa. Purchased it for my Short Term Rental (Airbnb) and as you may guess, rentals get abused. So far this has held up very well, we'll see once it hits one to two years old but I have faith this will last.

Sofa and Love Seat arrived yesterday. 19 hours ago. This is the third Leather set I’ve bought at Macy’s and I had no issues with the other two. I weigh 195 pounds and I sat in this for approximately 3 hours last night. The cushions won’t return to their initial state. This looks like something that is 10 years old. From my vantage, this is unacceptable and the set is defective. My disappointment doesn’t end there. This is the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever sat in. I’m full of regret and wish I’d listened to the other reviews. On the up side, I love the styling and color, and the delivery team did a great job.

We liked the sofa that we bought almost three years ago so well that we ordered a second one, identical to the first one, just this month. We are fortunate the model was still available!

So far so good. We’ve had it for a few weeks. It is strong and sturdy and the leather has no problem with dogs jumping on and off. Clean lines, soft but firm enough. Good to sit on as well as lay down. Fits three mid-to-large adults stretched out for tv watching. Really happy so far.

At just 2 years old, couch began to sag and at 3 years old, leather began to crack and peel. Avoid at all costs and save your money! So disappointed because this was one of our big purchases when we moved into a new home. Read the 1 and 2 star reviews. It's all true!
