love this piece
Super nice material, can read in the chair for hours. I opted to get the foot ottoman too and it was a great call. I like that the leather is thick and hard to scratch. Even when my dog jumps on and off the chair regularly, looks like new regardless. Will be buying a second one!

Nice but not for lounging
We’ve had these about six months now. It’s a fine couch and I like the quality. It’s modern with clean lines. It’s just not great for lounging and watching tv. The arms are too high and the back is too low yo be comfortable it’s great for a formal living room or as my kids say - a doctor’s office. LOL

Love it except
I love almost everything about my new Virton sofa, except for how stiff and firm it is. However, with that being said, because I did sit on it in the showroom, and don’t recall it being so extremely firm, I’m guessing and hoping it just needs some breaking in. I love the color, beautiful dove gray. I love the quality and feel of the leather and the lines of the sofa. So fingers crossed, it will soften up over time.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Macy's customer service and delivery service is HORRIBLE!!! The furniture is beautiful and looks great but I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY FURNITURE FROM MACY'S. The delivery service Macy's utilizes is very unprofessional. The delivery guys were young and unexperienced. Let the buyer beware. The drivers were not capable of providing white glove service so don't pay for it and customer service never follows up to resolve the issues. Macy's has no standard of excellence they are like Walmart or Spirit airlines without the discount prices. The delivery guys left without letting me know and I was just in the dining room a few steps away. They left my front door wide open and they failed to deliver the bedroom set I ordered and they didn't notify me. I am now on my third delivery and I am still missing items from the bedframe and the mirror attachment.

Wonderful
My mom has this couch, had it for several years now and it’s the most comfortable couch ever. My own couch became uncomfortable over time, but this one is the opposite and got more comfy throughout the years. No cracks or fading. The one-star reviews are from ppl who clearly don’t know how to treat furniture and must be allowing their crumb snatchers to jump and play on it. If you treat a couch like a bouncy house then obviously it’s not going to hold up as well, it’s not indestructible. But if you just sit or lay in it, as couches are intended for, don’t expose it to constant direct sunlight, then it’s amazing even after 5+ years
