Self Destructing Glasses!

I bought a set of two glasses. As with ALL my martini glasses they were stored in the refrigerator. Within one month, the top of each glass cleanly and spontaneously separated from the heavy base. So I bought another pair and stored them in a kitchen cabinet. These, too, eventually separated as before. I contacted Viski and was told to send the glasses back to them. I couldn't as I had discarded them. Needless to say, I will not buy this product again.
