Doesn't work for me

I tried this in the hopes that it would help me sleep through the night as I wake up almost hourly. I followed the instructions to take for 5 days then have a 2 day break and experienced no change after using for several weeks.

Life Changing!!

Melt PM has been a life changing supplement for me! Being a woman in my 40s and going through the phase of not so fun menopause, this product has helped me sleep through the night, keep stubborn fat OFF and wake up feeling rested and ready to start the day without feeling hungry and having any crazy cravings. Definitely helps—and no grogginess!

I started by taking one, as needed, instead of the two capsules recommended in the serving size to see how my body reacted. I don’t take it every night, but I think I could. I don’t have any grogginess the next day as I’ve experienced with other products. I only take it when I know I really need some good sleep because it helps me stay asleep. The capsules are easy to swallow.
