I’ve been using this product for 2 years (1 water bottle full each morning) and will continue to purchase. I notice a difference once I run out and go back to plain water in the morning. I also practice a skin care routine but feel this helps tremendously with my skin. Every little bit of self care helps when you are 40+.

Good for the price
It’s definitely good for the price since it has all five type collagens I’m getting some of the results that I like but not all of them compared to another collagen that I’ve used but that one was much more expensive the downside to this is if you get the unflavored one it taste horrible and you have to put other stuff with it But I do use it every day and have had overall improvement
