Love everything except lacking backlit remote
I was a Vizio customer when they were new and I was on a tight budget; I’ve always had a good experience with their products and this one is great as well. After using different brands of TVs for the last 10 years I became very accustomed to having a backlit remote and unfortunately this tv does not have a backlit remote even though it’s a non-rechargeable radio remote. Have to admit I was pretty bummed once I realized this and the only universal remote I could find with backlighting is rechargeable but it’s IR and not radio so I lose the microphone feature for voice commands. Other than the remote not being rechargeable and having no backlight the only other complaint I had was it is missing a 3.5mm and/or rca audio jacks to hook up my Klipsch speakers but I was able to find a work around with a converter from optical to analog. I really wish Vizio would offer a backlit rechargeable radio remote similar to my old Roku remote. The picture quality is amazing, it took a little getting used to because it seemed brighter than our old TV that we’d been using for years. This one does all the things my old Roku did and more but is lacking in their remote options.

Excellent TV!
I had my eye on this and when the price dropped I jumped on it and bought it. I found it a little difficult to get it set up. You have to download the Vizio app to connect the TV and I could not get the app to work. I watched a video and finally got the tv to start up. That process could be easier. I don’t know if it was my internet causing problems but it took longer than other brands I’ve had before. Once I got it setup I was very pleased with the picture. It’s a great TV and I’m glad I got it.

Great features, but glitchy tech
I've had this tv a month or so, bought it to replace a lightning damaged vizio tv. Love my old vizio. This one, not so much. They did fix the remote (turn off screen by holding mute) in an update, but every night, it turns itself off at least once. Had to do a factory reset to re-pair my headset to the tv after it glitched last week. Considering returning it, but I don't another tv, I want this one to work like it's supposed to!

Pain to set up for a picture from a tube tv
Why do I have to have an app and web service to set up a tv? That’s stupid. Let me turn it on and watch not play for hours to make it work
