Excellent Product & Customer Service Experience

I have only written a review maybe twice in my life. but it was absolutely necessary to write one today. This product is great! It was exactly as described and shipped quickly. However, my jewelry box came damaged. I noted that the jewelry cabinet appeared to be packaged quite well, but it was apparent FedEx had mishandled the package and had dropped it on its corner. I reached out to the company to let them know and ask if there was anything that could be done. I did explain that I felt that it was packaged well and most likely the fault of FedEx, however they explained that it did not matter if they were at fault because as a company they stand behind their products, and Macy's does too! I was sent a new jewelry box and it was taken care of quickly. all communications were swift, and the person I worked with was very kind. Thank you for a wonderful product. Thank you even more for an excellent customer service experience. I was so very happy with the whole experience.
