would have been great piece if assembly was better or mostly assembled. still fighting horrible return process.

Not worth the price.

Was not worth the price, you have to put it together. The instructions are awful, would not recommend.

Nice piece of furniture

Once the shipper managed to deliver without damaging it the THIRD delivery my son assembled it. He took his time assembling so as not to damage and align all pieces correctly. The Brazilian Pine smells wonderful and the scent lingers on my clothes which is a plus. Macy's customer service was extremely helpful about returns (two times) and also gave a discount and promo code for my troubles. I purchased on sale and with discount purchase price was fantastic! Beautiful dresser and great size for a small space. Thank you Macy's.

Honestly, i really love the look and size of this dresser. HOWEVER - it took about 4 hours to assemble and I'm usually pretty fast at that. Also, BEWARE that the front ladder-type pieces can easily break off!! 2 of mine broke off during assembly so it looks like there are holes in the dresser. Hoping my husband can fix them cuz there's no way i'm unassembling this to ship back. so be really careful when you put that part together!

Not assembled when you receive it!

The quality of the wood was good, but if I had known that this chest had to be assembled, I would not have purchased it! Customers should be told this before the sale.
