Fell apart immediately

Fell apart almost immediately. Had to throw away as beads were falling out and we have a puppy who puts everything in her mouth. Disappointing gift for my daughter for her cramps.

Disappointed in Macys

The item came in an opened box and was not packaged in plastic therefore had a dirt mark on it. Also ,it did not have a scent and the nostrils on the face were inverted and could not be seen. An obvious a defect on the product. I bought this from Macys because it was a slightly better deal than the manufacturer of the product. I won't be doing that again.
