Very pleased!.

The chair is beautiful and so very well made. We are looking forward to many years of satisfaction with it. Also, the white glove delivery was superb. Our only negative was that the chair was ordered in October and not delivery until January; but, it was worth waiting for!

Returning the Chairs

The grommets are much brighter then photographed. The chair does not retract properly and drags on the floor. You physically have to exit the chair to close the recliner. When the recliner is reclined the fabric in the back swags because it's only velcroed to the back.
