Cute Shoes but WORN

I purchased the black and grey pair online and was very disappointed when I opened the two boxes. I understand that people try on shoes and return them, but to receive shoes that were worn with actual dirt in the creases of the soles is quite disgusting to me. The shoes were stretch, dirty, thrown in the box and shipped. I am so disappointed with Macy's right now. Returns should be checked for quality prior to restocking and shipping out to your customers. I had no choice but to send these shoes back.

Not the greatest

Probably my foot, but these shoes rub at the ankle...and ouch! After a few hours, I cant take them off fast enough. They were supposed to be my go to shoe for jeans, but not thrilled! Should have returned them, but I didn't.

Too Small for Wide Feet

These shoes are far too narrow for a wide foot. They look great, but they just didn't fit so I had to return them.

disapointed

These shoes are very cute and very narrow. Could not even get my foot in. If you have narrow feet go for it. I have to send them back.

Nope

Material was stiff and hard. Looked good, but didnt feel good. Bought it in both grey and black. Looks great in grey. Looks cheap in black. I returned both.
