I bought this online twice. The first one sent to me had already been opened and returned. I returned it and reordered. I received the second one and programmed it per the instructions, but it shuts off automatically in half hour. Thinking I had done it wrong I reprogrammed it again and it’s still shutting off. I have to constantly turn it back on to reheat the coffee. Absolute garbage.

I haven’t received the coffee maker. I was charged right away on September 30th but apparently it has not even shipped yet so I don’t know what the problem is.

I can not set the time or the brew time because it is Damaged.. a big crack. I also can NOT return a damaged coffee pot... THAT IS NOT RIGHT... I will never use Macy's or go to that store ever again.

Willow coffee maker
I do love the pot. I do not like the fact it doesn't stay hot. It shuts off after 40 minutes and you keep having to cut it back on. Also the hot plate is not well made. Mine is peeling and I do not like that.
